How to Get Recovery Disks When a Computer Crashes
You must create a recovery disk to retrieve all of your computer files, configurations and programs after a computer crash. Recovery disks should be made on a regular basis in order to recover your data in case of a computer crash, and the disks cannot be used on other systems. Recovery disks that you make before a crash are the only way to retrieve all of your personal computer data.
