How to Copy & Burn DVD Programs for Free
Most software programs today are manufactured and distributed on DVD discs that hold up to 4.7 GB each. You can copy and burn any DVD program for free using a freeware .ISO copy/burn application from the Internet. Copying your program's DVD will take about 15 minutes to complete.
Instructions

1
Download an .ISO read/write application from the list in the References section. Install the program then restart your computer.
-
2
Run the .ISO program you installed and eject the disc tray of your DVD burner, then insert the DVD program's disc you wish to copy. Close the tray. Click "Read to .ISO" on the program's main menu and provide a title for the .ISO image being created from the DVD. Click "OK" and the program will begin copying the DVD to a single file on your hard drive.

Eject the DVD when the .ISO copy process is finished, then insert a blank DVD-R disc. Click "Burn .ISO to Disc" then select the .ISO file you just made. Choose a burn speed (1x, 2x, or 4x to prevent hardware errors that occur at higher recording speeds) and provide a title for the DVD being burned, then click "OK." The program will begin burning a copy of your DVD program. You will be able to use the DVD program in any computer just as you would use the original disc, once the burning process is complete.

Tips & Warnings
Copying software you do not own is illegal and prohibited by federal law. Only create back-up discs of software you own yourself. Do not install back-up copies of discs on computers other than your own, as doing so violates copyright law as well.
