Click "Start > Run" and type "gpedit.msc" into the "Open" bar.

Navigate to the following folder: "Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > QOS Packet Scheduler > Limit Reservable Bandwidth."

Click the "Setting" tab and click the bubble that says "Enabled."

Change the value of the number in the "Bandwidth limit (%)" box to "0."

Click "OK" to save your settings, and the speed of your Internet will be increased by 20%.
