Typically cars, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles and aircraft can all be donated to disabled veterans. Clean out your vehicle and start it to see if it runs or not. While charities will accept a running or non-running car, you need to be able to tell them if it runs or not when you make the donation.

Contact the organization to arrange for a pick up of your car. The charity will arrange for a your car to be towed from your home, or other location, back to their donation center.

Sign your car title over to the organization when the car is picked up for towing to the charity.
