How to Prevent Hair Loss With Lamictal thumbnail
Prevent hair loss when taking Lamictal

Lamictal is an effective medication used against seizures. However, a rare side effect can cause hair loss in some users. There is no proven way to prevent this hair loss, except by either reducing or changing the medication, so you should talk to your doctor to see if this is possible. Use proven healthy hair loss prevention methods to keep your thinning hair as healthy and as strong as possible while taking the medication. Hair lost caused by medication often returns once the medication is changed, but you should avoid going off the medication suddenly as this may cause a seizure.
