How to Bypass Proxy Settings
Proxy settings are Internet restrictions typically set by network administrators to prevent users from accessing web pages that have inadequate content, take up too much bandwidth or have high volumes of traffic. Proxy settings generally are established by Internet-filtering software like Apache, Barracuda, SmartFilter and Websense as well as by adjusting the settings on your Internet browsing options. If the proxy settings in your network are blocking a website you must access, various proxy websites can assist you in getting around such restrictions.
