How Do I Delete a Program File in Safe Mode?
Safe mode is a booting option in Windows operating systems that lets you start your computer with limited system drivers and processes running. Safe mode also allows you to fix common computer errors more effectively. You can remove program files while in safe mode.

Power on your computer and press "F8" to access the boot menu. Select "Safe Mode" and press "Enter."

Click "Start" and open the "Control Panel."

Click "Programs and Features." If your operating system is Windows XP, click "Add or Remove Programs."

Click "Uninstall" when you find the program you want to delete. If your operating system is Windows XP, click "Remove."
