Besides adding music and pictures to your emails, you can further personalize them by creating a personalized stationary for Microsoft Outlook 2003. Microsoft Outlook 2003 comes with pre-designed templates that may not meet your needs or fit your style. You can use an external editor to create a unique template and then import it into your Microsoft Outlook 2003 to use in your email.

Instructions

      Create your stationery template in an external editor. Save it as an HTML file on your computer. Make sure your graphics are saved in the same level folder as your HTML file.

      Go to "Start" then "All Programs" and select "Microsoft Outlook" to launch your email.

      Go to "Tools" at the top left of the program.

      Go to "Options" and select "Mail Format."

      Select "New" and choose "Use This File As A Template." Browse to find your HTML file. You can "Skip" or finish the template import wizard. Your template is ready to be set as a default in the next steps.

      Go to "Tools" at the top left of the program.

      Go to "Options" and select "Mail Format." Under "Stationery and Fonts" section, select your template file from the drop-down menu beside the prompt "Use This Stationery By Default." Your imported stationery template is ready to be used when you create a new message.
