You can create a new form and use a drag-and-drop interface to add new fields, check boxes and buttons. When finished, you can send users to a custom page on Wufoo or embed the form on your website.

2. Register with Email Me Form at emailmeform.com. This is another service that provides form-building tools for those who want to capture information from website visitors. When you've completed your form, you can embed it on a Web page, and any information filled out by visitors is automatically emailed to you.

3. Use the Freedback service found at freedback.com. Freedback allows you to build online forms without having to have any programming experience. Build a form using Freedback's online tools, copy the embed code and paste it into the HTML code of your Web page. When a visitor fills out your form, you'll receive an email alert.
