Call the Circuit Clerk's office at 618-296-4370 to determine the amount of the fine or to pay by credit card. Allow 10 to 14 days from the date of citation before contacting the Clerk's office.

Sign the back of the citation to submit a plea of guilty. Mail the signed citation and enclose full payment of the fine to the Madison County Circuit Clerk's office. Make check or money order payable to Matt Melucci, Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Return the signed citation and payment to the Madison County Circuit Clerk's office located at 157 North Main Street, Edwardsville, Illinois, in person during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Complete and sign a supervision form to request supervision for removal of the conviction from your driving record. Include your name, address, ticket number and the agency who issued the citation.
