Create a free chat room at ChatFiles and create a free website at Webs. Use the simple, one-page form to register and create the chat room at ChatFiles. Click the "submit" button. Confirm your request by clicking the link in the email you receive, and then wait for an email with the code for the chat room. Create a free website with the free option at Webs and select a category and a template. Click the "Add a new page" button and then "Add content" to add a content box. Use the toolbar's miscellaneous section to add a custom HTML code box to your page. Paste the code from the ChatFiles email into the HTML code box and publish your website.

Make a free website at Weebly and create a free chat room at ParaChat. Get started quickly at Weebly by entering a user name, password and your email address and clicking the "sign up" button. The site builder opens in your web browser. Browse the templates in the scrolling ribbon at the top of the site building window and click on the one you want. Select the "Elements" tab and the "Custom HTML" element and drag it onto your web page. Then go to ParaChat and select the "Basic" option. Fill in the form, specifying the width, height, chat room name, language and background color. Then click on the button that says "Show Me My Room Code." Codes for several options will be created in separate boxes; highlight the code in the "Option 1" box for embedded room code and copy it. Paste it into the Custom HTML element on your Weebly page. Then select the "Publish" option at Weebly, type in a subdomain for your website ("subdomain.weebly.com") and click "Publish."
