How to Use Chi Machine Foot Swing Massager Exerciser
A chi machine is designed to passively exercise (exercise without the person doing the movements) the body by gently swaying the ankles back and forth when placed in a specially designed dual ankle cradle. Reported benefits are that of increased circulation, relief from pain and stiffness, improved range of motion, potential weight loss and deep relaxation. Chi machines can be purchased online for a $100 and up depending on the model. Some are basic with just the ankle swing feature while others also include massage and infrared heat mechanisms.
