How do I Call Europe From an AT&T Cell? thumbnail
Call overseas with your cell phone.

Calling internationally from a cell phone is the same as calling from a land line. Dial the same numbers to be connected to the foreign line. However, when using a wireless network such as AT&T, you are often going to be charged a higher international fee. This fee is going to vary, depending on the country in Europe you are calling.

Instructions

    • 1

Power on the AT&T cell phone, then push "011." This is the exit code for all phone calls leaving the United States and Canada.

    • 2

Push the country code for the country you are sending your call to. In France, the country code is "33."

    • 3

Dial in the remainder of the European number in your AT&T cell phone.

    • 4

Push "Send" and the phone call from your AT&T cell phone is connected to the desired European number.
