Access the Ontario Construction Secretariat website and click on the "Find a Union Contractor" tab. This will take you to the "Contractors Directory" webpage.

Scroll down the page and click on the "Region" scroll bar then click on your United Kingdom region. Next, click on the "Trade" scroll bar and choose the type of contractor you want. The trades varies from carpenters and boilermakers to painters and plasters.

Enter your postal code in the provided box. If you have any keyword searches to specify your search, type them into the provided box. Press the "Search" button to complete the search. A list of union contractors will be provided.

Choose a contractor from the list of potential candidates and contact them. Schedule a meeting, in which you can get their references and discuss the task.

Check through the list of potential companies for a star symbol near the company's name. The star reveals that the company is a part of the Association of Union Constructors.
