Open the Internet browser and navigate to the Motorola driver download page (see "Resources").
The Motorola W385 is a low-end cell phone that features a camera and Bluetooth options. The W385 can be connected to a computer to download the captured images, which can be done through a USB data cable and the appropriate driver (available for free from Motorola) installed onto the computer.

- USB data cable
Click the "Download" link to download the driver to the phone. Double-click the downloaded driver to load the installation wizard. Follow the prompts of the installation wizard to completely install the driver onto the computer.
Insert the USB data cable into the power port on the Motorola W385. Insert the other end of the cable into one of the USB ports on the computer.
Power on the cell phone (the computer will note it has detected the removable device). Click "Start," "(My) Computer," then double-click the removable device icon to access all the files stored on the phone.
