How Do I Create Reply Address Labels in MS Office 2007?
Creating address and reply mailing labels using Microsoft Word 2007, part of the Microsoft Office 2007 suite of software products, is a time-saver that helps make mass mailings a quicker and easier process. If your printer is capable of accepting envelopes, you can choose to print your mailing labels directly onto envelopes instead of onto self-adhesive label sheets. Whichever method you decide on, your fingers will thank you for sparing them from cramping while writing out multiple reply addresses longhand.

Open Microsoft Word 2007.

Click on the "Mailings" tab in the ribbon bar at the top of the screen.

Click the "Labels" button in the Create box at the top left.

Type the full address into the Address field. Press the "Return" key on your keyboard to move the cursor to a new line.

Click the circle in front of "Full page of the same label" in the Print section, if it is not already selected.

Remove the paper from your printer's paper tray and load sheets of self-adhesive labels. Your printer may have markings on it to indicate exactly which way to load the labels. If it doesn't, check the" user manual.

Click the "Options" button in the Print dialog box.

Select the type of printer you are using in the Printer information section. Page printers is selected by default; these are printers that print one sheet at a time, such as laser or inkjet printers. Continuous-feed printers, such as dot-matrix printers, use a continuous roll of paper.

Select the Tray type for Page printers; the default is Default tray (Upper tray). This will work for most printers.

Click the down arrow next to the Label vendors field, and select the company name of the label sheets you are using.

Select the Product number of the labels you are using from the list displayed. The product number is usually on the front of the label sheets box.

Click "OK."

Click "Print."

Tips & Warnings
If you can't find the Product number of the labels you are using in the list in MS Word 2007, click the New Label button and enter the parameters.
You can print a single label by choosing Single label in the Print section of the Labels tab.
