  • Grated orange rinds from 2 oranges
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup currant jelly
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Port wine
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
