      Pierce the tip of a flax seed capsule with the tip of a needle.

      Squeeze the capsule until the oil is released from the capsule onto your finger.

      Apply flax seed oil to the face, paying close attention to the areas of the face that are most prone to wrinkles (eyes, mouth, forehead) as well as the neck.

  • Flax seed oil may be used exclusively, or mixed with other natural oils and/or butters (coconut, mango butter, Shea butter, illipe butter, aloe-vera, other).
