      Insert the blank CD-R into your computer's disc drive. Wait for the "Auto Play" window that opens once the disc is read by the drive. Click the "Burn files to data disc" option.

      Enter a name for the disc in the "Burn a Disc" dialogue that appears. Click the "Show Formatting Options" button. Select the "Mastered" format in order to make the disc compatible with other players. Click "Next" to format the disc and open an empty staging folder for the burn process.

      Right-click "Start" and choose "Explore." Open the folder that holds the MP3 files you want to burn. Click on an MP3 and drag it into the empty staging folder. You can select multiple files at once by pressing "Ctrl" while you click.

      Arrange the MP3 files in the order you want them to play on the CD. Click the "Burn To Disc" button in the toolbar to initiate the burn process. Your burner will write the MP3 files to the CD and eject the disc once the process is complete.
