How do I Convert German to English on a Web Page?
Surfing on the Internet, it is sometimes possible to get lost in translation when you come across a web page written in a foreign language. Because this is a common problem, several websites have come up with online translators to help you to try to navigate around this problem.

Copy the URL of the German website you wish to translate. The URL is the list of words, letters, numbers and symbols in the address bar at the top of your web browser. For example, the URL for the German Parliament, the Bundestag, is http://www.bundestag.de/index.jsp.

Go to Google's online translation tool (see Resources) or another site with similar capabilities.

Paste the URL of the German website you copied into the text box.

Click the translate button. The translation tool will now do the translation automatically, and as long as you stay within the translator, it will continue to translate any new sites you click onto.

You can also use other Internet translators, such as Babelfish, for similar results.
