How to Use Cell-Tech
Cell-Tech, a creatine-based, muscle-building supplement manufactured by MuscleTech Research and Development, is designed to both increase your physical strength and facilitate greater performance from your muscles. Cell-Tech is meant for daily consumption, and it is important to follow the recommended usage guidelines--both for optimal performance of Cell-Tech, and to help prevent any potential problems its consumption may cause.

- Measuring jug
- 700ml cold water
- 50g serving scoop (provided)
- Shaker bottle or large glass
- Spoon

For the first one to five days of Cell-Tech consumption, take two servings daily: one in the morning when you wake up, and one post-workout (if it is not a workout day, just take the second serving approximately 12 hours after the first). For day six and beyond, take one serving daily. On workout days, consume drink immediately after your workout. On non-training days, consume first thing in the morning when you wake up.

To take Cell-Tech, fill a measuring jug with 700ml of cold water. Immediately pour 350ml into your empty glass or shaker bottle.

Using the scoop provided, pour two level scoops of Cell-Tech into the glass of water or shaker bottle.

Stir the water with your spoon until Cell-Tech is completely mixed, or shake your bottle to mix.

Consume the remaining 350ml of water after your Cell-Tech to increase absorption and results.

Tips & Warnings
To maintain product freshness, store in a cool dry place. Shake container before use.
As with all creatine products, you must maintain an adequate level of hydration during use.
Do not use if you suffer from diabetes, or if you are prone to hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. If you experience a skin rash or any other allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.
