Use the web to send personal or business calendars.

Send the Outlook 2007 Calendar by webmail by creating an Internet Calendar called a Calendar Snapshot. If the recipient has Office Outlook 2007, he or she can open the calendar as an Outlook calendar and can work with it in Outlook just like with any created calendar. The recipient will not receive any updates you make to the calendar unless you email it again.
