How to Clean a Field Stone Chimney

1. 

   Vaccuum all ashes and remaining debris before cleaning.

   Vacuum the hearth area and any surrounding area that you intend to scrub. Be sure to remove any loose debris and ashes to avoid adding water and creating an ash paste that only creates more of a mess to clean.
