TICKETsage is an online ticket distributor, providing ticketing systems and ticket-recognition technology for event organizers. Many people now buy tickets for events online, and third-party ticket distributors, such as TICKETsage, have stepped in to fill the need. TICKETsage provides consumers with real-time seat selection on the web, print-at-home ticket options and anti-scalping technology. By farming out ticket distribution, organizers are left to get on with the business of making the event a success.

Instructions

      Navigate to an event website using TICKETsage ticketing technology. The University of Arkansas Fort Smith Season of Entertainment (see resources) uses TICKETsage.

      Select the event(s) you want a ticket for by clicking on that event. For a festival you may need to specify the type of ticket you require, for example, a one-day pass, season ticket or camping.

      Enter the number of tickets in the box provided and click "Add to cart."

      Input personal and credit card details in the boxes provided. Mandatory boxes are marked beige. Press the "Process Order" tab at the bottom.

      Select how you would like to receive your tickets: "Will call" means the tickets are held at the venue for you, "Mail" means the tickets are mailed to your home address, and "Print at home" means an e-ticket will be mailed to your email account that you can print out yourself.

      Press "Confirm" once you have selected your ticket delivery method. A receipt will be emailed to you, regardless of what ticket delivery method you selected.
