How do I Create & Print Fedex Files at Kinkos?
Kinko’s, which was previously FedEx Kinko’s, is now FedEx Office. Merging the printing and copying of Kinko’s with the shipping of FedEx, FedEx Office offers a variety of methods to create, print and receive finalized files. While you can copy and print in the retail FedEx Office stores by bringing your documents with you, you can also upload documents to the FedEx office website for printing and pickup or have printed copies sent through FedEx delivery.

1
Create your documents in one of the applications that FedEx Office accepts for printing. Acceptable file formats include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, rich text and Adobe PDF.
-
2
Access the FedEx office website. Access the print online feature by selecting either “Upload Now” or from the "Quick Access" menu on the left side, “Print Online.”
-
-
3
Answer the questions asked by the website by selecting the answers that best match your printing needs. Choose the type of document you wish to print: presentations, manuals, tri-fold brochures, flyers, sell sheets or postcards. You may prefer to select “Customize” if these options do not match your document type.
-
4
Select the printing options that meet your needs. For example, for flyers, select the paper size or for manuals, select a package that includes color or black and white and your preferred binding option. You can make changes later before submitting, but choose options that are the closest matches to your printing needs.
-
5
Upload your document by selecting the “Browse” button. This opens your computer files. Select the file for printing by clicking it and selecting “Open,” and then on the FedEx Office website, select “Upload.”
-
6
Review the preview of your document onscreen, and make any changes to the printing, binding and tab selections using the options on the right of the screen. Select the quantity you need printed, and click “Checkout.” Next, choose your delivery options by selecting a check box for either pick-up at a retail store or shipping via FedEx. Depending on your order, you may be able to pay online, or if not, a representative will contact you with a payment quote and options.
-
7
Print a document at a retail FedEx Office location by bringing a jump drive, disk or an external hard drive containing your document. Representatives at the store will assist you with printing options and complete the printing and payment in-house.
