How do I Redeem Sears Points?
Sears offers an incentive program called the "Sears Choice Rewards Program" that allows customers to earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases using the Sears MasterCard. Once you accumulate enough Sears Points you can redeem or exchange them for gift cards, travel accommodations, electronics and household accessories.

Earn at least 2500 Sears Reward Points. This is the minimum amount of points that you must earn in order to redeem points for incentive items. You can find out what you point balance is by viewing the "Points Balance" section on your Sears MasterCard billing statement. Additional points cannot be purchased. The only way to acquire additional points is by making additional purchases with your Sears MasterCard.

Browse your reward options and choose an item. Reward options are listed on the Sears Choice Rewards website (a link to this site is provided in the Resources section). There are multiple categories of rewards that are available such as gift cards, electronics, tools, recreation and travel. The point value needed to obtain each reward is listed directly below each reward option. Browse through your options until you find a product or reward that is appropriate considering the number of reward points that you have available.

Exchange your points for your selected item. Click on your chosen reward option. You will be prompted to click on a tab to "Redeem" the item. When you click on this option the item will be moved to your "shopping cart". Once you have finished making your reward selections you will go into your virtual shopping cart and verify your selections as well as your shipping address. If all of the information is correct, click the "Confirm" option. If you do not feel comfortable redeeming your points online or need assistance, call and speak to a Sears customer service representative. Certain travel rewards can only be redeemed by contacting a representative. To speak with a Sears customer service representative about either of these issues, call 1-888-846-7928.
