How Do I Find Information About Unemployment Cases?
If you have submitted an application for unemployment benefits and wish to access information regarding your claim, you may contact the state unemployment office through which the initial application was filed. Available information includes personal information on file with the unemployment office (i.e. name, address, phone number); total approved benefits for the current claim; weekly benefit amount; status and history of payment requests and weekly work search requirements. Unemployment cases are identified by the claimant's social security number which must be provided to access claim information. Utilize the automated phone system to find information specific to your claim. Follow the prompts to set up a personal identification number (PIN) and access claim information.

Register on the state's unemployment website to view claim information online. You will be required to select a username and password to log in and may need to provide a valid email address.
