How to Remove Nero Nbservice.Exe

Remove Nero BackItUp, and speed up your computer.

Nbservice.exe is a Windows service created by the program NeroBackItUp. Nero is a powerful disk backup solution. While Nbservice.exe is in no way harmful to your computer, if you have lots of other services running, it's possible for Nbservice to slow down your computer. While it's not possible to permanently remove the service while Nero is installed, you may stop it temporarily. If you wish to stop it permanently, you'll have to uninstall Nero.

Instructions

Temporarily Stop Nbservice.exe

1. Press "Ctrl + Alt + Del." The task manager will appear.

2. In the task manager, click the "Processes" tab.

3. In the processes list, locate "Nbservice.exe." Select it, and click "End process."

Remove Nbservice.exe

1. Click "Start" and then "Control Panel."

2. Double-click "Add / Remove Programs."

3. In the list that pops up, locate "Nero BackItUp," and click "Remove."
