A Flip video may come in two different file formats: a ".WMV" or ".AVI" file if it was created on a Windows computer, or a ".MOV" file if it was created on an Apple computer.

      Download the Quicktime Movie player if the file name ends in ".MOV" and the computer currently does not have Quicktime installed.       Download Windows Media Player if the file name ends in ".AVI" or ".WMV" and the computer currently does not have Windows installed.       Double-click the attachment file name, which is actually a hyperlink to access the movie file. It will automatically open the appropriate viewing program and begin to play. Replay the movie when it is finished by clicking the "Play" arrow on the player.
