You can embed MS Word within other Microsoft Office applications.

An embedded document is not linked to the original file. You can embed MS Word within other Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. MS Word will appear as an object on your page. You can insert or edit content in the embedded page without leaving the main program. You can also format it using the commands and features in your application. MS Word will be saved and printed with your file.

Instructions

      Open the Office application where MS Word will be embedded. Then place your cursor where you want it to go.

      Select the "Insert" tab from the ribbon. Then choose "Object" from the "Text" group.

      Choose the "Create New" tab or option in the "Insert Object" dialog box. Then choose "Microsoft Office Word Document" and click "OK" to embed MS Word.

      Double-click on the embedded page to insert your content.
