The Motorola RAZR supports downloading files through USB.

Newer Motorola RAZR models like the V3i and the V3xx have a slot for microSD memory cards to complement the small amount of internal storage available and allow the user to download more pictures, ring tones and other files to the phone. Using a compatible data cable connected to the phone's charging port, it is easy to download files to the RAZR from a computer using USB, but you must first enable mass storage mode on the phone.
