How do I Achieve Professional Effects Using Crest Whitestrips?

Crest Whitestrips are plastic strips coated with whitening gel. They are applied to teeth and left on to leave teeth pearly white. When used correctly, Crest Whitestrips can provide the same effects as professional whitening sessions at a dentist's office.

Instructions

1. Take the plastic strip out of the Crest Whitestrips package marked "Upper teeth."

2. Peel the sized strip off of the clear strip, so you can see the gel-coated side of the strip.

3. Apply the strip to the upper teeth by placing the center of the gel-coated side to your two front teeth. The strip should cover all of the visible upper teeth.

4. Fold the excess strip that hangs off the upper teeth backward so it sticks to the inside of the upper teeth.

5. Take the whitening strip out of the wrapper marked "Lower teeth."

6. Peel the fitted strip away from the clear plastic.

7. Stick the gel-coated side of the strip to your bottom teeth, and fold the strip the same way you did for the upper teeth strip.

8. Leave the strip on for 30 minutes, then take the strips off and throw them away.

9. Use Crest Whitestrips twice a day for 10 days.
