How to Cancel Mozy

If you've used this service but wish to cancel your account, you can do so online or by phone.

Log into your user account by entering your username and password. Select the "My Profile" link to access your account information. Click on the "Delete Account" option to delete your MozyHome account.
Contact Mozy's sales department at 877-669-9776 to cancel your MozyPro account. MozyPro is for business use only.

Uninstall Mozy's application from your desktop. Select the "Start" button located on the taskbar and select the "Control Panel."

Click on "Uninstall a program" or "Add or Remove Programs." This will populate a list of all the programs installed on your computer. Scroll down and click on Mozy's application.

Click the "Remove" or the "Uninstall" button to remove the program. Follow the system prompts to completely remove the program. Restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect.
