  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries
  • Groceries

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

      Combine cranberries, sugar and cinnamon in a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.

      Cover dish with foil and bake 1 hour, stirring at the 30-minute mark. Cranberries should be tender and the sugar should have dissolved.

      Remove cranberry mixture from oven and gently stir in bourbon.
