How do I Check My Balance at Commerce Bank?

Apply online to set up online or mobile banking, if you don't currently use the service, so you can check your balance at Commerce Bank. Read the terms and conditions and make sure you have the information listed on screen. Click "Activate Now." Follow the instructions. After completing the activation process you will need to login again.

Click "Access Your Accounts" on the top right side of the screen, if you already use online banking or have just activated online banking to check your balance at Commerce Bank.

Click the type of account you want to check the balance of from the list displayed.

Enter your Customer ID and click "Continue." Check that your Personal Security Image and caption are correct and then click "Confirm."

Enter your password. You will be logged on and can check your balance.

Tips & Warnings
To use mobile banking you need to have activated online banking. Once activated, use your mobile phone and enter commercebank.mobi into your browser. Enter you login details and view your balance.
You can also check your balance by calling Commerce Bank at 800-986-2265. Have your security details to hand.
