How to Remove an Error Message on Outlook Express
In Microsoft Outlook Express, an error will sometimes occur if the computer user tries to send an email to an account on the server using a POP3 connection. The error is known as the "Server Error: 421" error. This error occurs because the number of connections on the server is not set to a high enough number. Unless this number is changed, the error will continually occur.
