  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Distilled water

      Dilute the apple cider vinegar with distilled or pure water. Use 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for every cup of water to form this solution.

      Pour the solution all over the head and hair. Use the pads of your fingers to massage the hair, and rub the apple cider vinegar mixture through the hair until you feel the hair paste loosen.

      Continue to use more of the mixture as needed if you still feel the paste in your hair. Leave the mixture on your hair for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the vinegar to penetrate and dissolve the product. Rinse this solution out of your hair.
