How do I Do a Voter Change of Address in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana?
To make changes to your voter registration in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid residential address in the parish and not have your right to vote suspended because of a criminal matter. You must register or update your information at least 30 days before an election in order to vote. You can access the Louisiana voter registration and change of information form online.

Update Your Registration Online

Visit the Louisiana Secretary of State's website, sos.louisiana.gov. Click "Elections" on the menu. Scroll down to "Voter Registration" on the drop-down menu and click it.

Locate the link below "How do I register to vote?" that addresses registering to vote or making changes to your registration. Click on this link.

Read the directions on the next screen, and then click to continue. This takes you to the online voter registration form, or Louisiana Form 110.

Fill out the form completely.

Submit the form. You can submit online if you have a valid Louisiana driver's license or special ID, which contain an auditing code you will need to enter. From 1 to 4 a.m. CST daily, the system undergoes maintenance. You can still access the form online, but will need to print it and send it via regular mail. If you don't yet have a Louisiana driver's license or special ID, you will also need to print and mail the form. Send it to:
