United Parcel Service (UPS) employs more than 408,000 workers worldwide and delivers to more than 200 countries. It offers its employees (full and part time) a benefits package that includes medical, dental and 401k. If you want to see "what brown can do for you," go to the UPS website, where you can search for available positions and complete your application online.

  • Go to and click on the "UPS Careers" link on the right bottom side of the page. From the drop-down menu, select the country you live in, and you will be directed to the UPS Careers page.

  • Click on the "Job Search" link and select what position you want to search for: Package Handler, Driver, Mechanic or Professional. Type in your ZIP code or city/state and click "Search for Jobs" to generate a list of available job openings.

  • Click on any job title to see further information specific to that job and location, such as shift hours and minimum qualifications. Click "Continue" to fill out a UPS job application (which will take about 15 minutes, according to the website).

  • Keep track of new openings and update your profile and application when necessary through the UPS jobs section of the website. UPS keeps your application on file for 60 days. After that, you will need to resubmit your information.
