This sauce is wonderful drizzled over sliced, roasted turkey.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. fresh minced rosemary
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 oz.) whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Groceries
  • Ladles
  • Skillets
  • Whisk
  • Mixing Spoons
  1. Step 1

    Melt butter in a heavy, medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Step 2

    Add onion and rosemary and sauté about 3 minutes, or until the onion is soft.

  3. Step 3

    Add broth, cranberry sauce and vinegar. Whisk 2 minutes, or until the cranberry sauce melts.

  4. Step 4

    Boil until sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 6 minutes.
