How do I Fix a 30 Gig Video iPod When a Sad Face Appears?
When you turn on your iPod and see the image of an iPod with a sad face, there may be a hardware issue with the device that requires technical support. According to the official Apple support site, you may be able to correct the issue if you are able to activate disk mode, which turns it into a portable external hard drive. If your attempts to recover it are unsuccessful, you may have to seek help from Apple.
