How to Forward Mail in BCC in Outlook 2007
When you receive a message and pass it along to other people without anyone seeing the other recipients, the best option is to use the "BCC," or Blind Carbon Copy address field. The BCC field will allow you to forward the message to multiple email addresses without any recipients seeing the other addresses. Proper use of the BCC field allows you to keep email addresses and communications private.
