How do I Activate Netflix With a Samsung BD-P2500?

The Samsung BD-P2500 is a Blu-ray player with several features, including a maximum resolution of 1080p; multiple outputs, including HDMI and component; and DVD playback. Another feature of the Samsung BD-P2500 is its ability to stream Netflix movies to your television. After configuring the Blu-ray player to access Netflix, users can view their instant queues, browse recent releases and instantly view them from the player.

Things You'll Need

• Router with high-speed Internet
• Ethernet cable

Instructions

1. Connect your router to the Internet, if necessary.

2. Turn off your Samsung BD-P2500.

3. Connect your Samsung BD-P2500 to your router via Ethernet cable. The Ethernet port on the Blu-ray player is located in the back.

4. Turn on the Samsung BD-P2500 with no disc inserted in the drive.

5. Press the "Menu" key on your remote control, then use the arrow keys to highlight "Netflix." Push the "Enter" key on the remote to open the Netflix setup.

6. Highlight "Activate instant streaming" from the resulting menu, then press "Enter." The next screen will provide a code that you must use to access Netflix on your Samsung BD-P2500. Write down the code.
