How to Install Battlefield Vietnam Mods

"Battlefield Vietnam," a first-person shooter from Electronic Arts, allows players to modify the original game. Many players upload modifications, or mods to the Internet for others to download and enjoy. Modding a game can extend the game and change the artwork. Some mods will install themselves automatically, but others require manual installation.

Instructions

1. Download the mod you want to install and extract with unzipping software, if necessary.

2. Double-click on the mod file. If it the mod does not automatically install, proceed to the next step.

3. Locate the directory on your computer where you installed "Battlefield Vietnam."

4. Copy the mod and any files or folders associated with it into the "Battlefield Vietnam\mods" directory.

Tips & Warnings

• You can usually tell if a mod installs automatically or manually by looking at it. A single EXE file will automatically install. A folder with many files requires manual installation.

• Do not overwrite any original game files without first creating backup copies.
