You can access a Shaw email account from anywhere using Shaw's Webmail service.

Shaw is an entertainment and communications company offering high-speed Internet and digital phone and television services to homes and businesses in Canada. Shaw offers Shaw Webmail email services to home users and business Internet customers. Shaw Webmail features an address book, spam filters and several appearance-customization options. If you are using Shaw's Internet service at home, your email is hosted at Shaw.ca and you may log in using Shaw's Webmail site. If you are a business Internet customer, you must access your email from Shaw's Business Webmail site using your business's domain name.

Instructions

  1. Shaw Webmail

      Access Shaw's Webmail website (see Resources). Type your Shaw username and password into the "Username" and "Password" input fields.

      Click the checkbox beside "Remember my username" if you want the Shaw Webmail website to automatically fill in the "Username" input field each time you return to access your Webmail from the computer you are using.

      Click the "Login" button to access your Shaw Webmail.

    Business Webmail

      Access the Shaw Business Webmail website (see Resources). Input your Shaw Business Webmail username and password into the "Username" and "Password" text fields.

      Enter your business's domain name into the "Domain Name" input field. If you are unsure of your business's domain name, use Shaw's customer care information directory to contact a Shaw representative by email or phone (see Resources).

      Click "Submit" to log into your Shaw Business Webmail.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not use the "Remember my username" option if you are accessing your Shaw Webmail from a public computer. This option allows Shaw Webmail to store your username in a cookie file on the computer's hard drive.
