How to Troubleshoot a Panasonic Printer
Most Panasonic printers are multi-function machines. They scan, fax, copy and print. Printing-specific problems can include poor quality printing, blank sheets being ejected and unwanted lines appearing on documents. General problems that affect printing can include power and paper feed issues. Problems with a Panasonic printer can be corrected by following some troubleshooting steps.

1
Plug the Panasonic printer in using the power adapter that came with the printer. If the printer still won't come on, take a look for tripped breakers in the building's power panel. Reset the breakers.
-
2
Connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable. If you use a hub, make sure it's powered. Be sure to use the adapter that came with the product.

3
Fill the paper supply tray with dry, new sheets of paper if the paper curls or blank sheets get ejected. Try turning the paper over if ambient humidity is causing the paper to curl. Curling paper will affect performance.
-
4
Turn the paper over if print output is poor. Some paper, like photo paper, is designed to be printed on one side only.
-
5
Place the paper the right way up when scanning. The text should be against the glass. Check with your correspondent if printed faxes are blank. Your correspondent may have placed their document the wrong way up in their fax machine.
-
6
Clean the glass and rollers if you experience unwanted lines on the Panasonic printer's output. Open the document cover and wipe the glass with isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth. Open the automatic document feeder (ADF) cover while holding the document cover and clean the document feeder rollers too.
