How to Restore a Toshiba Computer

A Toshiba computer system may need to be restored if the system becomes infected by a virus that keeps it from functioning properly or up to your personal standards. Restoring the system will reinstall all files and programs that were on the computer when it was first purchased. All new files and programs will be erased so it is important to save all files on a external memory device or CD or DVD. The restore option on a Toshiba can be accessed from within the hard drive or by inserting a recovery disc into the CD or DVD-Rom drive.
