How to Adjust the Sharpness on a Dell Monitor

Sharpness is a display settings feature that allows you to increase or decrease the softness on your monitor. On a Dell monitor, you can increase the sharpness if your images and content appear soft or blurry. Dell monitors come with a sharpness range between 0 and 100, with higher levels making screen content clearer. Without installing software, adjust your Dell monitor's sharpness to the level that works best for you.

Instructions

1. Press the "Menu" button located on the front of your monitor. The menu displays on your screen.

2. Press the "Plus" symbol (+) repeatedly and highlight "Display Settings." Press the "Menu" button again to select the "Display Settings." You should see a submenu.

3. Scroll down the submenu and highlight "Sharpness." Press the "Plus" symbol (+) to increase the sharpness until you reach your desired level. Press the "Menu" button again to close the menu.
