How to Make Your Own CD Case Picture Calendar
For some people, having a physical calendar on an office desk or personal work station is essential. By creating a compact calendar out of a CD jewel case, you can keep track of dates, meetings and personal events, while conserving space on your desk. There are a handful of free calendar generator websites that will assist you in creating a personalized calendar for each month of the year.

Select a free calendar generator website, such as BigHugeLabs, to create your calendar image online.

Click the "Browse" button, locate the personal image you want to use for your calendar page, and click "Open."

Select the size of your calendar page by checking the box next to "Display calendar in CD jewel case."

Choose the month and year for your calendar page. You can create one month at a time.

Select the weekly layout. Depending on the calendar generator, you may have the option to choose a Monday through Sunday layout or Sunday through Saturday layout. Check the box next to your preferred option.

Click the "Create" button. When your new calendar image appears, click the "Save" button.

Open the new calendar image in a photo management program, such as "Windows Photo Gallery." Click the "Print" button.

Cut out the calendar image by using scissors or a paper cutter.

Detach the front side of the jewel case from the back side. Remove the CD insert from the back side of the jewel case and the cover insert from the front side of the jewel case.

Flip over the back side of the jewel case and reattach it to the front side of the jewel case.

Fasten the calendar page behind the jewel case tabs.
