How to Make a Website URL Direct to Google Sites
Google Sites is a service that lets you create websites. You determine who can view and edit them. By default, the URL for a Google site will look like "http://sites.google.com/site/sitename" ("sitename" is replaced by the name you specify). To use a customized, more user-friendly URL, you must redirect a domain or subdomain to Google. Most domain registrars or web hosting providers give users access to the Domain Name System (DNS) services necessary to redirect URLs.

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. Check the URL periodically to see if it has updated.
Be sure to follow any instructions provided by your DNS management page precisely. These settings might differ from one service to another.
Changing DNS settings can render your website inoperable. Follow your registrar's instructions closely and do not change any settings you do not understand.
